Delete your KnobMaster account
You can permanently delete your account and associated content from the app or by contacting us.
Delete it in the mobile app
- Sign in to KnobMaster.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm both prompts.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. It removes your account, saved tones, gear, preferences, and other user content from the active service.
Cannot access the app?
Email privacy@knobmastr.com from the address used for your KnobMaster account. Use the subject “KnobMaster account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting the account.
Important
- Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Cancel separately through Apple, Google Play, or Stripe, depending on where you subscribed.
- Limited records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, security, disputes, or other legal obligations.
- Restricted backup copies may remain briefly until normal backup rotation.
