1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of KnobMaster, operated by Lancelot Martin, entrepreneur individuel, SIRET 102 483 153 00015, France. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential.
• Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass service limits.
• Do not use KnobMaster for unlawful, harmful, or infringing activity.
• Upload audio only when you own the necessary rights or have permission to process it.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal compliance, and will provide notice where appropriate.

3. Free and Pro plans

Features and usage limits shown in the app form part of the current plan description. Pro is an automatically renewing subscription unless cancelled before renewal.

• iOS purchases are billed and managed through your Apple App Store account.
• Android purchases are billed and managed through your Google Play account.
• Web purchases are billed and managed through Stripe.

The price and billing period displayed at checkout control. Cancellation stops future renewal; Pro remains available through the paid period. Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are handled under applicable law and the rules of the platform that processed the purchase.

4. AI-generated results

Tone recommendations are generated with automated systems and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check volume, gain, routing, and equipment limits before applying settings. KnobMaster is a creative aid, not a guarantee of an exact sound, compatibility, or safe equipment operation.

5. Content and intellectual property

You keep your rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate, secure, and support the service. Uploaded audio is not used to train AI models and is deleted within 24 hours after processing.

KnobMaster software, branding, interface, and original service content remain protected by intellectual property law. No ownership is transferred to you.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep KnobMaster reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

7. Ending your account

You may stop using KnobMaster and delete your account at any time. Deleting an account does not cancel an active store or web subscription; cancel it separately with the provider that billed you. See the account deletion instructions.

8. Law, changes, and contact

French law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections and courts available in your country of residence. We may update these terms for service, security, or legal changes and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
